Textron Systems [1] develops and provides advanced technology products and systems for the global defense and aerospace industries. We are made up of a number of operating units, including Textron Defense Systems, Lycoming Engines, Textron Marine & Land, Overwatch and AAI Corporation.

Textron Defense Systems manufactures air-launched weapons, intelligent battlefield munitions, and sensor and surveillance systems. Textron Marine & Land [2] makes armored vehicles, including the Motor Life Boat for the U.S. Coast Guard and the Landing Craft Air Cushion for the U.S. Navy. Lycoming Engines [3] engineers, manufactures and services piston aircraft engines. Overwatch [4] [5] is the leading provider of commercial off the shelf image exploitation and geospatial analysis software tools and a world-class provider of multi-source intelligence framework solutions for the warfighter, first responder and counter terrorism analysts. AAI [6], the newest addition to our family of businesses, is a leader in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
