Organization and Compensation Committee

Textron's Organization and Compensation Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding compensation arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer and other executive officers. This committee also oversees the new and existing employment agreements and approves compensation arrangements for other corporate officers and business unit presidents.
