Scott C. Donnelly Scott C. Donnelly
Chairman and CEO

Textron Inc.

Scott C. Donnelly is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Textron Inc. Donnelly joined Textron in July 2008 as executive vice president and chief operating officer and was promoted to president and chief operating officer in January 2009. He became CEO in December 2009 and was elected chairman of the board effective September 1, 2010.

Donnelly was previously president and CEO for General Electric (GE) Aviation, the world's leading producer of large and small jet engines for commercial and military aircraft and a major provider of flight management, actuation and power management systems. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and director of GE Global Research, the world's largest and most diversified industrial research organization.

Donnelly joined GE in 1989 as manager of Electronics Design Engineering for GE's Ocean Systems Division in Syracuse, NY. He went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles for the company, including engineering management positions with then-GE division of Martin Marietta in both Australia and the United States. In 1995, he moved to GE's Industrial Control Systems business, where he held various management positions. Donnelly was named a vice president of GE in 1997, responsible for Global Technology Operations at GE Healthcare.

Donnelly received a B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He serves on the Engineering Advisory Committees at the University of Colorado and Cornell University, where he is an Honorary Emeritus member, and also is a member of the Board of Trustees at Siena College.

 
Mark Bamford Mark Bamford
Vice President, Audit Services

Textron Inc.

Mark Bamford was appointed vice president of Textron audit services in March 2012. He is responsible for global audit services activities at Textron and serves as an officer of the corporation. Bamford is also a member of Textron's Finance Council.

Previously, Bamford served as executive director, accounting and reporting, overseeing Textron's financial reporting process and technical accounting matters across Textron's businesses. These responsibilities included management of corporate office accounting, compensation and benefit accounting, external reporting, and the Textron Sarbanes-Oxley controls program. He also worked closely with Textron's business units on a variety of accounting and business matters.

Mark joined Textron in 2000 as the director of external reporting and held several positions of increasing responsibility, including controller for Textron's Fluid & Power business. Prior to Textron, Mark spent 14 years in a wide range of audit management and advisory services roles at KPMG, a global audit, tax and advisory firm.

Bamford earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University and has completed Textron's Finance Global Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School Thunderbird program. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State and is a member of both the New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

 
JAngelo M. Butera Angelo M. Butera
President and CEO

Textron Financial Corporation

Angelo M. Butera was named president and CEO of Textron Financial Corporation's (TFC) Non-Captive Finance division in February, 2011. Most recently, he served as TFC's executive vice president and chief risk officer, working closely with the liquidating divisions of TFC to help reduce its overall risk exposure and resolve troubled credits. Prior to that, he served as TFC's executive vice president and chief credit officer.

Butera joined TFC in 1987, and during the last 24 years has held a number of senior leadership positions across TFC's divisions, including senior vice president, credit and special assets for the Resort Finance Division – which remains a sizable piece of the non-captive business. During tenure at the Resort Finance Division, operating profits increased from $3 million to $50 million. He has also served as senior vice president, credit and special assets for the Specialty Finance Group, vice president credit and operations for the Vendor Finance Division and assistant vice president for both Corporate Investment Control and the Real Estate Finance Division.

Previously, Butera served in several strategic planning and financial analyst roles and Mellon Bank and U.S. Steel Corporation. He has also taught a variety of finance and business and managerial accounting courses for several colleges and universities, including the University of Pittsburgh.

Butera received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an M.B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University's Tepper School of Business Administration. He also has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

 
John D. Butler John D. Butler
Executive Vice President Administration and Chief Human Resources Officer

Textron Inc.

John D. Butler is executive vice president, Administration and chief human resources officer of Textron Inc. He oversees Textron's worldwide human resources function as well as administrative services, communications, corporate real estate, community affairs, and the company's aviation department. Butler serves on Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Textron in July 1997, Butler was vice president of Human Resources for General Motors (GM) International Operations based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all GM human resource activities outside North America. He was also a member of the Adam Opel A.G. Supervisory Board. Butler joined GM in 1969, and during his 28-year career with the company, he assumed assignments of increasing responsibility in the areas of manufacturing operations, labor relations, employee benefits and human resource management in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Butler received a B.S. degree as well as a master's degree from Michigan State University, and was an instructor at the University Of Michigan Graduate School Of Business. He is also a graduate of the Advanced General Management Program at Harvard University, a Trustee and Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), and a Director of the Human Resources Policy Association (HRPA).  Butler is a Director for the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council and in addition serves as a member of the Providence Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees.  Butler is also a member of the Board of Governors for The Center for Creative Leadership which is a top ranked global provider of executive education.

 
Gary Cantrell Gary Cantrell
Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Textron Inc.

Gary Cantrell is the vice president and chief information officer for Textron Inc., including Textron Information Services (TIS). His responsibilities include directing the day-to-day activities of TIS including managing TIS executive staff members and business unit chief information officers. He oversees Textron's Information Management Council and manages Textron's information technology outsourcing relationships. Cantrell also serves as the executive sponsor for the Procurement Council. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience managing advanced technology product development, supply chain management, sales & marketing, finance and information technology.

Prior to joining Textron, Cantrell held management positions with Bank of America as senior vice president, Enterprise Access and Technology Services, and senior vice president, Supply Chain Management for Technology and Operations. In these positions, Cantrell oversaw the distributed computing activities for all banking centers, call centers and network operations including end user support. His supply chain scope included $1.5B of annual technology related spend and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Before joining Bank of America in 2001, he spent 15 years at Honeywell International where he held a variety of information systems, program management, finance and engineering positions. Cantrell also spent 5 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base supporting early research and advanced development initiatives.

He earned a B.S. degree in management and finance from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and has completed numerous leadership forums with previous organizations. He is also a licensed private pilot and a master scuba diver.

 
Frank T. Connor Frank T. Connor
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Textron Inc.

Frank Connor was named Textron's executive vice president and chief financial officer in August 2009. Connor oversees Textron's Finance functions as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy, Information Technology and International. In addition to chairing the company's Finance Committee, he serves on Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Connor is a 22-year veteran of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where, most recently, he was managing director and head of Telecom Investment Banking. Prior to that, he served as Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s chief operating officer of Telecom, Technology and Media Investment Banking. During his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Connor advised companies across a wide range of industries and executed numerous public and private financings and strategic transactions.

Connor earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Connor is a director of Factory Mutual Insurance Company (FM Global).

 
John R. Curran John R. Curran
Vice President, Mergers and Acquistions, Taxes and General Tax Counsel

Textron Inc.

John R. Curran was appointed vice president, Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxes and General Tax Counsel for Textron Inc. in September 2009. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing and managing Textron's business development activities, including mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, as well as Textron's worldwide tax function. In addition, he serves on Textron's enterprise-wide Finance Council.

Previously, Curran was vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions, a position he had held since October 2000. Curran joined Textron in 1983 as a tax analyst. In the tax department, he held several positions including group tax director, director of tax planning and senior tax counsel. In 1994, he was named director of business planning, and in October 1995, Curran joined Industrial Products as director of business development. He was appointed vice president business development for Textron's Industrial Products segment in October 1998. Prior to joining Textron, Curran was with the auditing firm of Touche Ross & Co.

Curran received his B.A. in economics and government from Cornell University. He earned his J.D. from Boston College, and his L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University. Curran completed the Leadership at the Peak program at the Center for Creative Leadership and is a past participant in the Textron Executive Development and the Advanced Management programs.

 
John R. Curran Julie G. Duffy
Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Litigation

Textron Inc.

Julie G. Duffy was named Textron's vice president and deputy general counsel - litigation in August 2011. She is responsible for managing the Corporate litigation staff and has primary oversight of all litigation throughout the company. Duffy provides counsel on intellectual property and insurance issues and also serves as the company's senior legal advisor on employment matters. Duffy is a member of the enterprise-wide Legal Council and is chair of the Intellectual Property Legal Working Group.

In her previous position, Duffy was executive counsel of Textron since 2009. She joined Textron's corporate legal team in 1997 and thereafter served in litigation positions of increasing responsibility. She has been a leader in the company's intellectual property initiatives, including the formation of Textron Innovations Inc. and the company's intellectual property management team. She also served as a member of the enterprise Engineering and Technology Council focusing on intellectual property protection and talent development.

Duffy earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Boston University. She completed Textron's Global Leadership Forum at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

 

 
Scott A. Ernest Scott A. Ernest
President and Chief Executive Officer

Cessna Aircraft Company.

Scott A. Ernest joined Textron in May 2011 as president and chief executive officer of Cessna Aircraft Company, the leading worldwide manufacturer of general aviation aircraft. He is also a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Before leading Cessna, Ernest had a 29-year career at General Electric (GE) Aviation, a leading provider of jet engines, components and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. He most recently served as vice president and general manager, global supply chain. Prior to that, he was vice president and general manager, global services operations.

Earlier in his career at GE Aviation, Ernest provided leadership in several general manager roles, including management of its sourcing organization, responsibility for its North American operations and oversight of its large aviation services businesses located in Singapore and Kansas.

Ernest earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron and a master of science degree in engineering from the University of Cincinnati. 

 
Jon Fliss Jon Fliss
Vice President, Global Talent Development

Textron Inc.

Jon Fliss was appointed vice president of Global Talent Development in September 2010. He is responsible for advancing Textron's ability to attract, retain and develop talent. As such, he oversees Textron recruiting efforts, Textron University programs, and helps facilitate talent movement within and across Textron's businesses. He is an officer of the corporation and a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team.

Fliss joined Textron in 2003 as director of executive compensation and benefits. Most recently, he served as vice president of Human Resources at Textron Financial. Prior to Textron, he spent eight years at Sears, Roebuck & Co. in various leadership positions spanning both the human resources and strategic planning disciplines and five years as an officer in the United States Army.

Fliss has earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society from Human Resource Management. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy - West Point and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

 
John L. Garrison John L. Garrison

John Garrison was named Bell Helicopter's president and chief executive officer in August 2009.

Garrison has been with Textron since 2002, and most recently served as president of Textron's Industrial segment, which comprises four businesses that manufacture and market branded industrial products worldwide: E-Z-GO, Greenlee, Jacobsen and Kautex. Garrison is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team. 

Prior to Garrison’s promotion to the Industrial segment head position in November 2007, he served as president of Textron's E-Z-GO business, the world's leading manufacturer of vehicles for golf courses, resort communities, recreational applications and municipalities, as well as commercial and industrial venues.

Garrison joined Textron in February 2002 from Azurix Corporation, where he was chairman, president and CEO. Azurix is a global water company engaged in the design, construction and operation of water and wastewater systems and facilities. Before joining Azurix in May 1999, Garrison was vice president and general manager of Case Corporation's North American Agricultural Group and vice president and general manager for Case's Agricultural Systems Group.

Garrison served 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger, commanding an 8 inch Artillery Battery in the Republic of Korea, and taught in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy. 

Garrison earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy, as well as a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University. He also has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Garrison serves on the boards of the Club Managers Club Foundation and Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI.

 
J. Scott Hall J. Scott Hall
President

Textron Industrial Segment and Greenlee

Scott Hall is president of Textron's Industrial segment, which is comprised of E-Z-GO, Greenlee, Jacobsen and Kautex.  He is also president of Greenlee, a leader in wire and cable installation systems and the premier source for professional-grade tools and test instruments to the electrical contractor and voice/data/video markets, as well as the telecommunication and CATV industry. Hall is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

In addition to his Textron responsibilities, he is a trustee on the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI Board of Trustees, a leading business research and executive education organization and advocate for manufacturing interests. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers. In addition to his business commitments, Scott serves on the Board of the Rockford ProAm.

Hall joined Textron in 2001 as president of Tempo, a manufacturer of professional tools. He was named president of Greenlee in 2003 when Tempo became part of the Greenlee business unit. Prior to joining Textron, Hall was senior vice president & general manager of General Cable Corporation's communications business.

Hall received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Ivey School of Business.

 
Kevin P. Holleran Kevin P. Holleran

E-Z-GO

Kevin Holleran is president of E-Z-GO, the world's leading manufacturer of vehicles for golf courses, resort communities, recreational applications and municipalities, as well as commercial and industrial venues. In addition to leading E-Z-GO, Holleran also serves on Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Holleran joined Textron in 2003 as vice president of sales and marketing at E-Z-GO.  In this critical role, Holleran was responsible for global sales, marketing and product services, and contributed to the organic growth of the company through a variety of initiatives.

Previously, Holleran served as vice president of Sales and Marketing at Terex Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer that produces a broad range of equipment for use in various industries.  He also held senior sales and marketing roles with Ingersoll Rand.

Holleran received his B.S. from Cornell University, as well as an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He also has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

 
John Klopfer John Klopfer
President and Chief Executive Officer

Textron Financial Corporation (Captive Segment)

John Klopfer is president and chief executive officer of Textron Financial Corporation's Captive Finance division. Klopfer was named to this position in February 2011.

Prior to joining Textron Financial Corporation, Klopfer worked for Bell Helicopter for 23 years. While at Bell, Klopfer held jobs dealing with Financial Planning, Captive Finance and Commercial Business Finance among other areas within the company.

Earlier in his career, Klopfer was a petroleum engineer with Standard Oil of Indiana; he still holds a professional engineering license in Texas.

Mr. Klopfer earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University in 1981 and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992. Additionally, Klopfer has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, the Growth Leadership Program at Ohio State University, and the Thunderbird Executive Leadership Program at the Garvin School of International Management.

Mary F. Lovejoy was appointed vice president and treasurer of Textron Inc. in April 2000. She is responsible for overseeing the company's financing activities, global treasury operations, the investment of pension fund assets and Textron's insurance programs. In addition, she serves on Textron's enterprise-wide Finance Council.

During her career with Textron, Lovejoy has held key positions in the field of investor relations and communications. She joined Textron in 1993 as director of Investor Relations. In 1995, she was promoted to vice president, Investor Relations and in 1996, she assumed responsibility for all corporate communications activities.

Prior to joining Textron, Lovejoy was vice president and senior corporate banker at the First National Bank of Chicago. During her 16 years at First Chicago, she held a variety of positions at the bank's Chicago, Boston and London offices.

Lovejoy received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. She is currently a member of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation's Rhode Island Advisory Board, a board member of the International Institute Rhode Island, and a board member for the Festival Ballet. Lovejoy is a past participant in the Textron Executive Development and the Advanced Management programs.

E. Robert Lupone joined Textron in February 2012 as executive vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer. He is responsible for Textron's legal, ethics and compliance, secretary and environmental health and safety functions. He also oversees Textron Innovations Inc., the enterprise intellectual property management and licensing organization. Lupone is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Before coming to Textron, Lupone served as senior vice president and general counsel of Siemens Corporation (U.S.) and as general counsel of Siemens AG for the Americas, overseeing its legal and compliance functions. Throughout his 20-year career at Siemens, Lupone managed a broad array of legal functions for Siemens management and operating groups, including litigation, M&A, corporate law, commercial and finance law, compliance and regulatory matters, government contracting, technology licensing, employee benefits, real estate and environmental matters.

Prior to joining Siemens, Lupone was vice president and general counsel of Price Communications Corporation, and earlier in his career, an attorney specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and securities at the New York-based international law firms of Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson and Rogers & Wells. He is a graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Lupone is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; American Corporate Counsel Association; American Bar Association – Sections of Business Law, International Law, Law Department Management and Committee of Corporate General Counsel; and Council of Chief Legal Officers. He is on the Board of Visitors of Georgetown University Law Center and the Board of Advisors of the Georgetown Law Corporate Counsel Institute. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Brown University Alumni Association and the Brown Annual Fund Leadership Council.

 
Paul McGartoll Paul McGartoll
Vice President, Strategy and Business Development

Textron Inc.

Paul McGartoll is vice president, strategy and business development. He is responsible for developing global strategies that drive growth and profitability across the organization, overseeing Textron’s China and India offices and leading the Textron Strategy Council.

McGartoll was previously senior vice president, planning and M&A, at Bell Helicopter, where he was responsible for developing Bell’s strategic business plan and formulating and executing its M&A strategy. He joined Textron in 1994 in the Washington office as executive director, international business development. He was later named managing director of Textron Europe, where he was responsible for initiating and coordinating business development activities in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Textron, McGartoll worked as a director of Braxton Associates, a Boston-based consulting firm, where he performed consulting functions for a wide range of U.S. and international clients and for General Electric as an engineering specialist and lead-commissioning engineer, managing projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

McGartoll earned a degree in mechanical engineering from University College in Dublin and a master’s degree in business administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Vice President and Deputy General Counsel

Elizabeth C. Perkins was named Textron's vice president and deputy general counsel in May 2011. She is responsible for managing the Corporate legal staff with primary responsibility for overseeing all legal matters other than litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC, Corporate finance, antitrust, compliance, international, intellectual property, government contracts and real estate. Perkins is a member of the enterprise-wide Legal Council and leads the Legal Council Working Group.

In her previous position, Perkins was executive vice president and general counsel for Textron Financial Corporation since February 2005. In that role, she led numerous legal initiatives such as Textron Financial's successful liquidation of more than $6 billion in finance receivables. Under her guidance, the Textron Financial legal team effectively executed collections, loan workouts, bankruptcies and defensive litigation for the company's diverse and multi-industry customer base.  

Perkins joined Textron Financial in 1985 as a staff attorney and has held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout the organization. In 1991, she was named vice president assistant general counsel, and in 1994 she was promoted to senior vice president general counsel and served in that position until 2005. Prior to joining Textron, Perkins was with the law firm of Gaston Snow & Ely Bartlett in Boston, MA.

She received her B.A. in history from Brown University and her J.D. from Boston College. Perkins has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

 
Vicente Perez Vicente Perez
President and Chief Executive Officer

Kautex

Vicente Perez was named president and chief executive officer of Kautex in April 2010 and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. He had been serving as chief commercial officer of the business since 2008, overseeing research and development, marketing and business development as well as sales and program management.

Perez joined Kautex in 1996 as the controller for Kautex’s division in Spain, and had since assumed various leadership roles including manager of Kautex’s plants in Brazil and Spain, customer business manager, and executive vice president of operations in North America.

Before joining Kautex, Perez held key finance and sales positions with Peguform, a supplier of plastic parts to the automotive industry, at their divisions in the Czech Republic and France.

 
Robert O. Rowland Robert O. Rowland
Senior Vice President, Washington Operations

Textron Inc.

Robert Rowland was appointed senior vice president, Washington operations in December 2009. His responsibilities include managing the Washington-based government affairs activities of Textron. Specifically, he is responsible for corporate strategies and activities that maximize Congressional and Executive Branch support for programs and issues of interest to Textron and its business units. He is also involved in business development for Textron's international operations and is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

He was previously vice president, Government Affairs. Rowland joined Textron in 1997 as director, Government Affairs. His primary responsibility was to maximize the opportunities for U.S. government programs vital to Textron.

Prior to joining Textron, Rowland spent 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of colonel. He has 15 years of experience in Washington-based government affairs, defense and aviation matters.

Rowland is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a B.B.A., as well as an M.S. in Management from Troy State University and an M.S. in National Security Affairs from the Naval War College.  He is a member of Textron's Marketing and Sales Council and has participated in the Executive Leadership and Management Program at the Wharton School, Ohio State University, and the Thunderbird School of International Management.  He has also attended the Center for Creative Leadership.

 
Frederick M. Strader Frederick M. Strader
President and Chief Executive Officer

Textron Systems Corporation

Frederick M. Strader is president and chief executive officer of Textron Systems Corporation. Strader was named to this position in January 2010. He is also a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Strader previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Textron Systems Corporation. He joined Textron Systems Corporation when AAI Corporation and its parent, United Industrial Corporation, were purchased by Textron in 2007. Strader had served as president of AAI Corporation.

Before joining AAI, Strader had a 21-year career with United Defense LP and its predecessor company, FMC. Strader had been vice president of United Defense and general manager of the company's Armament Systems Division.

Earlier in his career, he was division manager of FMC’s Agriculture Machinery Division, manager of strategic planning for FMC, and served in a number of planning, financial, and manufacturing positions within the company’s Steel Products Division. He joined FMC as a corporate financial analyst in 1980.

Mr. Strader earned a master of business administration degree in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Strader served on active duty for four years with the U.S. Army, followed by 22 years as a reserve officer in the Army Acquisition Corps.

He is a trustee of the National Defense Industrial Association, and a member of the Navy League, the Association of the United States Army, and the American Society for Quality Control.

Streker is Vice President of Human Resources & Benefits for Textron Inc.  She is responsible for Textron’s global human resources strategy to support our domestic and international growth opportunities across the company, and is also responsible for the HR functions at Textron Financial & Corporate.  Streker also plays an integral role on the company-wide Human Resources Leadership Team, comprised of the top human resources executives of Textron’s business units, and has oversight responsibility for Textron’s operational councils, including engineering, integrated supply chain, quality & continuous improvement and procurement – working with leaders to improve operational excellence and talent development.

Since joining the company in 1986, Streker has held positions of increased responsibility spanning various aspects of information technology and human resources, including global HR strategies & planning, supplier management and operations.  She also led the Program Management Office of one of the company’s most transformational human resources programs. Prior to assuming her current role, Streker served as executive director, Human Resources, where she has helped drive growth initiatives across the company, partnering with Marketing, Business Development, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications and Strategy to assess, organize and develop the company’s talent to position the company for future success.  She also provided strategic human resources support to the company’s India and Shanghai offices, aiding Textron’s international expansion efforts.

Streker earned a MBA from Bryant University.  She also is a certified Textron Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed numerous Textron-sponsored certificate programs at the American International School of Management, Center for Creative Leadership, Ohio State University, the Wharton School and Duke University.

Adele Suddes is vice president, Communications where she is responsible for shaping and driving Textron's internal, external and marketing communications as well as Textron's community affairs department. She leads the Textron Communications Council and the Textron Marketing and Sales Council and is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Suddes previously served as executive director of Communications and Marketing for Textron, a position she had held since December 2008. Prior to that, she was executive director of Marketing and Sales for Textron. Suddes joined Textron Financial Corporation in 2000 and assumed assignments of increasing responsibility in the areas of marketing and sales. As executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Textron Financial, she provided strategic and tactical marketing support to the various multi-national and industry and product segments of the business. Prior to joining to Textron, she was a marketing executive at the Gulf Division of Cumberland Farms.

Suddes earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Bryant University. She has completed the Thunderbird Executive Leadership Program at the Garvin School of International Management, the Leadership at the Peak Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and the Growth Leadership Program at Ohio State University.

Douglas Wilburne was appointed vice president, Investor Relations and a Textron corporate officer in April 2000. His responsibilities include communicating Textron's strategy and financial performance to investment and business communities worldwide, including Wall Street analysts, institutional investors and business/financial media. In addition, he is a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team and serves on Textron's enterprise-wide Finance Council.

Prior to joining Textron, he headed Rite Aid Corporation's first formal investor relations program as that company managed its way through a financial reporting and management credibility crisis. From 1997 to 1999, Wilburne headed investor relations for AMP Incorporated, where he led the company's global investor relations program and guided the company through its merger with Tyco International. The first 20 years of his career were spent at Bell Atlantic Corporation, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, regulatory and finance. He served as Bell Atlantic's director of Investor Relations beginning in 1996.

Wilburne completed the Leadership at the Peak program at the Center for Creative Leadership and Textron's Global Leadership Forum at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts. Wilburne is also a member the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), on the Steering Committee of NIRI’s Senior Roundtable, the Boston Chapter of NIRI and he served on NIRI’s Board of Directors for five years, including Board Chair in 2011. In addition, he co-chaired NIRI's 1998 Annual Conference, which attracted more than 1,700 investor relations professionals.

Wilburne earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of Eta Kappa Nu, the national electrical engineering honor society, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University, where he was a member of Beta Gama Sigma, the national business administration honor society. Wilburne is a life-member of the Fame Volunteer Fire Company, No. 2 in Lewistown, PA.

Jacobsen

David Withers is president of Jacobsen, a leading worldwide manufacturer of professional turf care equipment and specialized turf care vehicles. Withers was named Jacobsen's president in October 2011, when he also became a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Before leading Jacobsen, Withers served as managing director of the Ransomes division of Jacobsen, located in the United Kingdom. In this role since January 2005, he oversaw international operations for all Jacobsen brands, as well as E-Z-GO's brand in Europe.

Withers joined Textron in 1992 as a regional sales manager for Jacobsen in England. In 1996, he was promoted to the position of national accounts manager, where he focused on developing business with key customers in the United Kingdom market. In 2002, he was promoted to the position of sales and marketing director before his appointment in 2005 as managing director of Ransomes Jacobsen. Prior to joining Textron, Withers worked for three years with Charterhouse Turf Machinery in a technical sales role.

Withers has completed a number of executive leadership programs, including the Thunderbird Executive Leadership Program at the Garvin School of International Management, the Global Leadership Forum at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, the Growth Leadership Program at Ohio State University and the Strategic Supply Chain Management Program at Michigan State University.

Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller

Richard L. Yates was appointed senior vice president and corporate controller in August 2004 and, from February to July 2009, was Textron's acting chief financial officer. Yates joined Textron as vice president and controller in November 1995. His responsibilities include management of external and internal accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. Yates is also a member of Textron's Executive Leadership Team.

Yates previously served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Paul Revere Insurance Group, formerly a subsidiary of Textron, a position he had held since 1993. Yates joined Paul Revere in 1985 as vice president, controller and treasurer. In 1987, he was made vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer. He retained these responsibilities and was promoted to senior vice president in 1991.

Before joining Paul Revere, Yates was a partner with the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company.

Yates received a B.S. in accounting from Northeastern University, and attended Textron's Advanced Management Program. He has completed Textron's Global Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is also a C.P.A.

He is a member of the American Institute of C.P.A.s, the Manufacturers Alliance Finance Council II, the Massachusetts Society of C.P.A.s, the Financial Executives Institute and also serves on the Corporate Executive Board Controller's Leadership Roundtable. At Textron, Yates serves on the Finance Council, the Investment Committee, Benefits Committee and the Contributions Committee.
