Warren R. Lyons
President and Chief Executive Officer - Textron Financial Corporation

Warren R. Lyons is president and chief executive officer of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC). Textron Financial is a diversified commercial finance company that provides financing programs for products manufactured by its parent company; Textron Inc. Current specialties include Aviation Finance and Golf Equipment Finance. The company also manages a portfolio of receivables which it previously originated in various businesses, including Asset-Based Lending, Distribution Finance, Golf Mortgage Finance, Resort Finance and Structured Capital. In addition to leading TFC, Lyons also serves on Textron's Transformation Leadership Team, comprised of the top executives of the corporation.

Lyons managed various segments of Textron’s financial services units from 1985 - 1999, and was a member of the Textron Operating Committee from 1995-1998. He also served as the chairman and president of AVCO Financial Services, a major subsidiary of Textron which produced approximately 25% of Textron’s revenues and profits at the time. Lyons led an active career as an independent financial services consultant before he re-joined Textron as president and chief executive officer of TFC in 2009.

Lyons received his undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA concentrating in finance, and a law degree specializing in corporate and securities law from Stanford University.
