Like our journey towards premier, the opportunities to learn through Textron Six Sigma are ongoing. Textron Six Sigma has developed a Lean Academy to further the company’s drive to become a leaner, more efficient enterprise and complement the Textron Six Sigma training.
Lean Academy builds lean capability across all Textron business units, educating candidates on lean methodology and techniques. Lean capability building is essential today to satisfy customers. It enables Textron to create and deliver products and services when and where our customers demand them at the quality specifications and the price in which they demand them.
