Textron Leadership Development Program: Integrated Supply Chain
Program Overview
The Textron Leadership Development Program for Integrated Supply Chain (LDP:ISC) is a two-year development program aimed at building a top-notch talent pipeline in Supply Chain Management. Each fall, Textron recruits a select number of high-potential, talented and degreed external candidates in key fields relating to supply chain, engineering and management disciplines. Program participants rotate through four, six-month assignments across various Textron business units, developing hands-on experience in different functional areas.
Program benefits include visibility to high-level enterprise ISC leaders, on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to and work experience at multiple business units in different functional areas. Candidates develop a strong ISC foundation and acquire leadership skills, project management experience and cross-functional process knowledge. Selected candidates have the opportunity to experience career growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors. In addition, the participants gain exposure in various ISC areas such as procurement, operations, quality and logistics.

LDP:ISC Target Candidate Profile
LDP:ISC participants are high-potential candidates with future leadership potential. As such, successful candidates possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a Technical field
- Internship experience that supplements academic work
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communications/interpersonal skills
- Very strong academic performance
- Mobility with a global mindset and ability to relocate while on a 24-month a program
- A passion for Integrated Supply Chain
