Textron Leadership Development Program: Information Technology

Program Overview

The Textron Leadership Development Program: Information Technology (LDP:IT) is designed to create an accelerated path to Information Technology projects and processes across the Textron enterprise for a select number of high-potential external candidates. This two year program consists of two twelve-month rotations at a minimum of two Textron business units.
 
Program benefits include visibility to high-level enterprise Information Technology leaders, on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to and work experience at multiple business units in different functional areas. Candidates will develop a strong IT foundation and acquire leadership skills, project management experience and cross-functional process knowledge. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to experience career growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors.  In addition, the candidates will gain exposure in various Information Technology areas such as project and vendor management, security, SAP and more.

Requirements include: a bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or related field coupled with a passion for learning and geographic mobility.
