Our Talent Acquisition Centers (TACs) do more than just attract and recruit top talent. Our TACs representatives work with our employees who seek new opportunities at Textron and want to continue their careers here.
The TACs are divided into four integrated organizational groups: Bell Helicopter, Cessna, Textron Systems and Textron, which represents the remaining business units, so that each group understands the needs of its business unit. Talent needs, skill sets, talent fit and potential contributions to the business unit are all part of the TACs mission. A TACs representative manages the process for each job candidate from the initial interview through the final offer.
