Each program provides these future leaders with exceptional training, learning opportunities and on-the-job resources that will enable them to accelerate their careers with Textron. The leadership programs are offered in various Textron’s business units and functional areas and place you into key roles throughout the enterprise:

MBA/Advanced Degree Candidates:

  • Finance – The Textron Leadership Program in Finance (TLPF) is a two-year, high-visibility development program for those candidates who seek a career in finance. As a Program Analyst, you will complete four six-month rotational assignments at Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft Company, Textron Financial Corporation and Textron Corporate.

  • Strategy & Marketing – The Textron Leadership Program in Strategy & Marketing (TLPSM) prepares candidates for a career in general management. You will work within and across various business units and work with top leaders throughout the enterprise.

  • Information Technology Services – The Leadership Enterprise Acceleration Program (LEAP) in Information Services creates an accelerated path to Global Information Management Leadership. This program is comprised of a three-year rotational assignment.

Undergraduate Candidates:

  • Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) – The Leadership Program in ISC is a rotational program designed to give exceptional candidates practical experience in a range of supply chain management functional areas.
