Finance – The Textron Leadership Program in Finance (TLPF) is a two-year, high-visibility development program for those candidates who seek a career in finance. As a Program Analyst, you will complete four six-month rotational assignments at Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft Company, Textron Financial Corporation and Textron Corporate.

Strategy & Marketing – The Textron Leadership Program in Strategy & Marketing (TLPSM) prepares candidates for a career in general management. You will work within and across various business units and work with top leaders throughout the enterprise.

Information Technology Services – The Leadership Enterprise Acceleration Program (LEAP) in Information Services creates an accelerated path to Global Information Management Leadership. This program is comprised of a three-year rotational assignment.
