Our employees take advantage of Textron University classes in the ways that are most convenient for them: from classroom style settings to online training and self-assessment tools, Textron University accommodates their needs and work schedules.

Textron University’s website (accessed through the Employee Resources Information Center) represents the single source for employees to learn more about this important resource. There, employees can:

  • search for learning programs and classes to enhance their job skills.

  • register for classes.

  • track and record their training progress and status.

  • view training transcripts.

  • check the number of training hours that an employee has achieved.
