Ethics Helpline

Textron encourages you to report suspected or known violations of the company’s Business Conduct Guidelines. You can report concerns about accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters or other concerns to the Board of Directors or the Audit Committee by using any one of the methods listed below. Suspected violations will be investigated by appropriate Corporate and/or business unit personnel. Where an investigation reveals the need to take corrective action, we will implement changes to systems, practices and procedures.

Complaints relating to Textron accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be referred to members of the Audit Committee. Other concerns will be referred to the presiding director of the Textron Board. All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by Textron’s Corporate Secretary’s Office. You will receive a written acknowledgment from the Textron’s Corporate Secretary’s Office upon receipt of your written complaint or concern.
