The global pandemic caused by COVID-19 had a profound effect on the world. Across Textron, our employees displayed remarkable dedication and commitment to our customers, our communities and to one another. We put into place measures to create safe work environments to protect the health and safety of our teams for the continued operations of our businesses. We also responded to the needs within our communities. When there was a critical shortage of supplies, we donated personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies to local healthcare facilities and community organizations and used our facilities to sew face masks and manufacture protective plastic shields for healthcare workers and first responders. We are grateful to our people for their work during difficult circumstances.
